What this model represents

This model preserves prior symmetric v2 assignments except a bounded, source-reviewed Co1 LSp-to-dl correction, and completes white-matter compartments using reviewed source-compatible anatomy and published priors. Reviewed exterior ribbon supports can correct prior envelope clipping. Added interfaces and intervening sections are inferred. The 908 represented tissue identities do not certify every anatomical extent: 34 fissure entries and 5 underdetermined nerve/root contexts remain explicit. Neutral gray marks occupied tissue with unresolved identity. The gray-matter view is the union of 60 named spinal laminae, nuclei and motor pools, retaining their individual palette colors. White matter, the central canal and roots are excluded from this display group; All named tissue restores them. This is an anatomical display grouping, not an official aggregate ID in the flat Allen ontology.

Fast preview uses every second XY voxel and can omit tiny features. Balanced and High use the complete reconstructed label grid. Smooth categorical surfaces interpolate one-hot label scores and choose one winning ID; hidden labels and background remain competitors. They are a derived display surface, not the exact sampled boundary or the exported tetrahedral mesh. Voxel-center labels remain unchanged. Exact voxel boundaries are available separately. High uses 1.5× render scale for sharper exported images; edge pixels may blend when the display is reduced.
